100% chardonnay from the Edna Valley, SLO Coast, CA. Naturally barrel fermented and aged sur lie before secondary fermentation and bottling.

Unfined, unfiltered and minimal effective sulfites. The resulting wine is bracing, crisp and pure. 

This wine is made with the ethos of transparency and accessibility. I believe whole-heartedly that everybody should be drinking more bubbles. It's awesome. But, alas, bubbles are expensive. And I don't believe they should be. Taking years of experience across brewing and winemaking, I developed a proprietary method of making sparkling wine that pushes this wine to toward complexity and nuance at an incredible price.

I want this wine to drank. I want us to not think twice when we add it to our aperol spritzes. Pop more bottles. Pop more Mazette Blanc de Blancs. 🤘
